RETURNS POLICY
We guarantee a full refund fewer courier charges if you are not 100% happy with your purchase unless it's a SALE Item. Products will need to be returned in their original condition, unworn, and packaging. All customers simply write their name and order number in the return parcel. You will need to arrange your own shipping which is not refunded. Upon receipt of the return, we will issue a full refund on the purchase price.
All returns need to be filed within 14 days of receipt of your parcel. Items over 30% off are not eligible for refunds however being a small business we need your love and support so we will happily exchange the items or issue credit where possible.
Once we have received the goods and ascertained that they and their packaging are still in a condition that they, can be resold for the full original retail price we will issue a full refund on the purchase price. A refund can take up to 5-7 working days.
