Ā To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a 7-10 days depending on bank processing times.
Sale itemsĀ
Only regular priced or damaged items may be refunded minus courier charges. Unfortunately over 30% off sale items are not eligible for a refund.Ā
Exchanges
We will happily exchange items that are damaged, defective or the incorrect size.
