Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 21 days upon receiving your purchase. No refunds on over 30% off sale items. we are happy to exchange sizing, style and offer a store credit. If you would like a refund please email us, we can only approve refunds, if tags are attached to items and they meet the 21 days. We cannot offer a refund on end-of-line items or sale items.
We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully.
If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached. Email us to get a return form. If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. This is so your item is not lost as we cannot exchange an item we have not received.
WANT A REFUND:
If you would like to return for a refund, please email us at support@jazzmilly.com with the order number and your name.
Once we receive your package we will process your return, and send your refund request to our accounts team, this can take up to 5 business days. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We as a small business want you to be happy and satisfied with our items so please ask any questions regarding size, fabric or general questions.
