Refund policy

We are sorry if you have to go through this hassle but we will make sure to make you happy end of the Day.
Returns are applicable within 21 days of return after receiving a product and it should be in original packaging and tags.
Ask us any questions before purchase to understand size, fabric, etc.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
We are a small business, so please choose carefully. On top of the sale price, we have to pay for shipping and credit card fees, which are our loss.Β 
Keep in mind that we have to deduct shipping charges from your total amount to be refunded and for return shipping, the customer is responsible for payment. Items over 30% off on sale are not applicable for refund. You might still be able to exchange with different styles or colours.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify approval or rejection for a Refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your BankΒ 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Β 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We are providing free shipping in New Zealand over $75 and Australia over $150.
Under this amount, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to receive your or return your item.
