While we always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly and efficiently as possible, occasionally errors do happen. When this happens, our aim is to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
If there is an issue with an item you have ordered please let us know within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please include the printed order copy that came with your package. If this is not possible then include your name, email and order number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please note we are unable to provide a refund on sale items or discounted of 30% or more so please make your selection carefully. Refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a 7-10 days depending on bank processing times.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not shown after 10 days please check with your bank or credit card company.

We are only able to refund damaged or full priced items. We are unable to process refunds for sale or discounted item.
Only regular priced or damaged items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items are not eligible for a refund.

if you are eligible for free shipping you will receive your order through track and trace courier services. For all other shipping we recommend selecting track and trace. Jazz and Milly are not responsible for lost of missing packages.
