Returns

We guarantee a full refund and fewer courier charges if you are not 100% happy with your purchase unless it's a 30% or more SALE Item. Products will need to be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in packaging. All customers simply write their name and order number on the return parcel. You will need to arrange your shipping which is not refunded. Upon receipt of the return, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.

All returns need to be filed within 21 days of receipt of your parcel. Items over 30% off are not eligible for refunds however being a small business we need your love and support so we will happily exchange the items or issue credit where possible.

Once we have received the goods and ascertained that they and their packaging are still in a condition that they, can be resold for the full original retail price we will issue a full refund on the purchase price. A refund can take up to 5-7 working days.

If there are any product defects found on the receipt of your order, then it may be returned to us for exchange or a refund at that time. Please contact us at support@jazzmilly.com.
